- Premium Standard Bulkhead kit for coolers

Our Premium Bulkhead kit.  - Fits ROUND or Rectangle coolers!

Nipple is 1.5" long and will work with wall thickness up to 5/8" thick.

Locknut threads entire way on nipple.  Has a flat face to seat the flat high temp silicone gasket.

Standard option is a coupling inside giving a female thread to attach a braid or other item.

Designed to install with the locknut on the outside to space the valve on ROUND COOLERS  enough room for the handle to close.

Choose a valve and hose barb option from the list above.

If you are using a false bottom with a 3/8" barbed 90 fitting, choose the 1/2" NPT FEMALE x 1/2" Hose Barb for the inside option and connect between the barbs with a short piece of 3/8" ID x 5/8" OD silicone tubing.

Designed for 7/8" hole but can work with holes up to 1 inch in diameter by using a second locknut and gasket to sandwich the hole.
USE THE PREMIUM LONG KIT IF YOU NEED TO ATTACH A FITTING BEHIND THE SECOND NUT AND GASKET INSIDE THE COOLER.
