AS OF 09/20/2010 we have instituted a 10% restocking fee for non defective return items.

NOTICE: NONE OF THE ITEMS ON OUR SITE ARE BEING SOLD OR REPRESENTED AS RATED FOR PRESSURE APPLICATIONS. 

WELDLESS BULKHEAD KITS ARE NOT TO BE USED FOR FRYING TURKEYS!!!!  THE PLASTIC PARTS IN THE VALVES ETC WILL MELT AND COULD CAUSE  INJURY, FIRES, AND / OR DEATH!

USING OUR PARTS TO HEAT OIL, FRY TURKEYS OR IN ANY WAY HEAT BEYOND THE BOILING TEMPERATURE OF WATER WILL VOID ALL WARRANTIES.  

YOU ASSUME ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITES FOR DAMAGES AND LIABILITY IN THE MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS IN UNSAFE APPLICATIONS.

WE DO NOT GIVE ADVICE OR ENDORSE THE USE  OF ANY OF OUR PARTS OR KITS  IN AN ELECTRIC BASED BREWERY.  

CONSULT AN ELECTRICIAN BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING ANY OF OUR PARTS OR KITS IN A BREWERY HEATED OR POWERED BY ELECTRICITY.

ANY USE OF PARTS OR KITS IN AN ELECTRIC HEATED BREWERY IS THE RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK OF THE PURCHASER. SUCH USE IS EXPERIMENTAL AND NOT COVERED BY ANY WARRANTIES.

Flame exaust will cause plastic parts in valves, sight guage kits and other parts to melt.  This can cause an unsafe condition.  You release Bargain Fittings LLC from all claims of harm or fault for use of its products in any application of product in any unsafe application or misuse of the product.

Can I pick up my order?
Sorry no.  We only do mail order at this time.

What method of shipping do you use?
US Postal priority or US postal first class mail for mail under 13 oz. 

Please be sure that your address is a good mailing address for the US postal service.

When will my item ship?  
Within 1 business day of receiving your credit card or US Postal money order payment.

Personal checks will be held 10 business days before the order will be shipped.

Orders received after noon CST (central time) are shipped out the following business days.

We do not ship on major holidays or weekends.

How long will it take to reach me?  
2-3 business days priority mail,  2-5 business days First class mail or up to 2-5 business days for UPS ground depending on distance and class of shipment.

If you require expedited shipping please email for a shipping quote.  We will charge exact shipping costs.

Do you offer a warranty /  is my order refundable:  Yes.  30 day return policy from the date your item ships.  

We have a 10% restocking fee.  We only accept unused parts for non defective returns.

One year warranty on all parts.  Please email for support at any time and we would be happy to help you resolve any and all issue with your purchase!  

Shipping is not refundable for any returns.  

You must  insure your return packages.  We will not be responsible for any damage to your return packages.

Do you Ship to APO address?   Yes.

Do you ship to PO BOX address?
 Yes.  This must be an address on your credit card or paypal account. You can add a ship to address on either by contacting your credit card company or adding an address to your paypal account.

We must have a phone number for PO BOX orders.

All pricing is subject to change.  We are not responsible for errors in pricing caused by software issues or website outages.
